A company's open culture allows the employee to know about the company better by conducting regular Townhall meetings with all the employees. This is one of the best companies I have ever seen or heard which gave appraisals for the employees during the pandemic time. Employees are being happy, they are running the extra mile to keep the company number 1 in the market.

Magzter is not just a company, it's a family now not only for me anyone who really take up the company's product as their own product and travel with the company then the company will turn as a family for them. Great potential for the product, miles to go way further in adding value to the product and intense care from the founders & HR over the employee's personal life keeps me to work here for the last 8 years without jumping anywhere despite of various offers. The vision of the company is crystal clear, the motto of my work is well obvious, the appreciation, acknowledgment, recognition keeps me to successfully travel along with the company and wish to keep work for Magzter and to be in the vital part of many more successful achievements in the coming years.

Not really, if I have to say something maybe I can say kindly bring back Birthday leave policy, anniversary leave policy and that's it.

Except few people many are selfish and the CEOs will fire you just like that without prior notice.

No one will encourage you, even your teammates. But they will corner you for somevreason so that they can survive in their position.
