Being in sales at responsible position, I accept that I had to sacrifice on work life balance sometimes but my sacrifice paid off in terms of my financial growth…I have grown in my life after spending more than 2 years at magppie. I got good exposure. I am happy that they understood my medical conditions.

There should be an added rejoining perk so that I can rejoin after I am fit fully.

Too much work pressure, and travel, trains hotels not organised at all, personal life goes for a toss, and senior management, has monopoly n support only at their will

Worst company I have ever worked with in my entire carrier. for designers this place is hell. every six months, you'll find a new designer. no one stick to this place. sometimes you have to work on Sunday and you'll not any holiday after that.
