...Farm Fresh LLP now Magnus Farms but the toxic work culture remains the same. 1. Disengaged employees - office boy earning more salary than a post graduate employee just because he is relative of owner 2. Micro managed team 3. No liberty in work 4. No HR policies and practices. They don't pay entire salary keep it on hold with no reasons. 5. Half of team is relatives of owner so no rules for them so don't expect professionalism. 6. Production Manager is the Owner brother yells loudly, shouts , bad abuse is very common picture daily. 7. No job security - once grape season is over you are fired. There are many examples from Production, Accounts and other departments who are fired with no notice period.

...pani. They will not leave naukri from their as no knowledge , no qualification . They tell to resign and dont cum from too morrow and no give salary. so people go. 14hrs deuty no weekly off no overtime no holiday no Provident Fund. Magnus Farm - Shirasgaon, Nashik

There are 2-3 staff members who are good but not sure are they even working now in this horrible work culture.

...hers must follow all rules. Unke liye kuch rules nahi hai, kabhi bhi aao jao. 4. They will not give your salary/stipend always deduct some part like 5000 with no reason 5. Nothing to like here. Very bad experience about everything. This partnership firm but only one partner is have authority to decide all the things as he want. Here most of employees from his relations and they treat as a labour to every one . If you want to ready to disrespect yourself and want to spoil carrer then only join this company 😅

Kamache swarup khup bhayankar ahe fakt season madhe kam karun ghetat ani tyanch kam sampl ki ghari jayla sangtat..kiti tari lokancha pagar dila nahi aamhi field visit la jato tych petrol pani che paise kadhi deshal ajun milale nahi. season la 12 taas duety hay sunday la sutti nahi 6 mahine ek bee sutti ghaychi nahi.. eikde kam karun tumcha vel vaya ghalavshaal tya peksha sheti kara ghar chalva jari kam kela tari pagar milel yachi khatri nahi.. boss che bhau company chalavtat tyacha shikshan nahi tey jasa mhantil tasa kam karaych ani vatel tey kam karaych nahitr shivya detat... kamache samadhan nahi market madhe khup naav kharab ahe
