Bad Experience with Magnum. They don't pay salary on time. Delay more than 10 day or more. Low funding and no tranning will provide by the Company. Small size company may be total employee of company is only 10. Job Security is zero.

Everything is bad. Stay away if you want to growth.

They will not give training for new joinees, there is no job security, they will not pay salary on time, even they have two months notice period, if need immediate reliving they will deduct two months salary Or need to pay two months salary.
