Magnum is very good company to provide some times of fun and enjoy But salary are not increased that's why I am very disappoint.

Just a few good people at work rest everything was a mess.

The worst part is salary, they never have funds to release the salary on time. Agents get the salary between 15 to 25 every month. Yes date is not fixed. For non agents it is 25th to next month's 10th. To be more specific salary cycle is 1st to 30th but you may receive the salary after 40-50 days.

Nothing, no job security even they not paying salary on time

Managers are using employer for there personal work. No career growth, no job security even they doesn't pay salary on time, always delay salary 20 days to 30 days, and if you can achieve your 100% taget but still they promote people doest know the correct process and never achive target in simple work they are not productive but if they knows how to make happy there managers by doing their personal work or passing gutka or cigarette. Worst experience I had their. i will never recommend anyone to join that company. Also they not proving break of 1 hour, they only gives 15-20 min break in 9 hour shift, panthatic atmosphere in the company

Management of the company is good & supportive in nature. Company's environment is friendly I have learnt a lot things from this company my patients level has been increased my communications skills has become good now moreover, I have seen a good development in my personality .

I started as a fresher with the complany , my boss has taught me everything , i have learnt alot from everyone here ,it has a best workable environment and a way best people ,once you work with company you feel like home .
