Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Company wish to open similar type of new facilities from Noda to Bengaluru. It was not materialised due to constraints . Hence my roll ended at Bengaluru. Company is having versatile Aeronautical MRO, Component services contract with USA, LONDON, RUSSIA, FRANCE, GERMANY and many more countries to avoid Aircraft On Ground. One of the Good Indian Aeronautical comany in INDIA.

Sorry No dislike working at Magnum Aviation. New opening MRO at Bengaluru was not materialised. Hence left the company.
