Bad salary structure. Bad work environment. Bonus structure is poor. Management does not have any idea how to manage a company. They hire people with experience other than what is required. The Director of growth & business operations is the most toxic person in the company, buttering to Country directors and badly portraying them to be against the employees. HR manager is a joke here, complete puppet of Director of growth who does not care for it’s employees. No recognition for your work even when it’s highly beneficial for the company. You will have to do event management no matter what your work is.

False promises by management. The HR is non supportive to the employees. They hire and fire people every 2 months. Senior employees are not respected enough and are scolded in front of juniors. The Director of Growth and Business Operations is very abusive. Does not respect personal boundaries. Will micromanage every employee and comment about their personal lives.

Irrational boss. - Thai management is utterly ineffective - appears clearly within a month or 2. Toxic people and harrasment of reporting employees - the Director Growth and Business operations being the most abusive person in this Company. Nonsense work culture. Long approval cycles - nothing can be executed yet you will always be questioned for ineffective management. Work credit taken by ineffective people in top management and if anything goes wrong, you get the blame and firing. They harass employees and if they speak the truth - they give you the termination and threaten to destroy your career. HR is a puppet for one specific person. A lot more but in short - don't work here even if it is the last company in the world. There have been 40 employee exits in last 3 years. No appraisal. No compliances. Bribery. 0 understanding of finances, SOP and employee human relations.

- bad management - based decision - management has a list of unethical and inhumane natures. - No appreciation - appraisals are biased and based on personal grudges and experiences for unprofessional context - disrespectful environment -internal meetings are disrespectful and very demotivating - endless questions but no quick solutions, - management just works for their benefit zero understanding of customer handling and an empathetic attitude - rude attitude, run the show with personal graduates - unprofessional management and business Growth manager who handles recruitment is the worst, and most disrespectful person in the organisation. - zero learning and development - no work and personal life balance - The finance head is always busy doing double employment and spreading negativity and politics - 51 exits with their wish, no action taken on HR FOR THE RESON NO EXIT FEEDBACK. - worst company to work with because of worst management onboarding and operating.
