Salary difference Poor management doing clear partiality Food good enough only for prisoners Zero appreciation for work Most of the people dont even bother to contact HR for complains related to upper management, knowing a fact that it can take no action against a person with some good designation and unfair support.

Compensation and benefits with life balance. Safety and respectful Environment. Flexible work style.

Dislikes

Manager / management are biased and not giving fair chance to employees. Personally for me Job security is major concern to work with megnit. They don’t check past stories/facts. Took decision as per their convenience. Old employees are their priority against new one.

Only the salary, moreover they adjust it in a clever way including with night shift allowance.

Dislikes

Internal politics Favoritism for females by Male Leads. (Gender biasness) No or very less work to do, half of the people quit or management shift them all of a sudden or else ask to quit. Hr. do not reply back on emails until we follow up 4-5 times. Females who do less work, and are not effectively enough are kept at work, where else Male employees are asked to leave and removed from the process.
