They were not providing salary to the employees during the lockdown period they have given the march month salary at mid may that too when all the employees requested them for the salary they were not giving even 50% salary during lockdown period. They will kick you out of the company if you force them or ask your salary which was happened to 2 of the employees

Trading of Pharmaceutical raw materials, API's, intermediates in International markets, exploring various documents required by International companies as per their regulations, communicating with authorized personal.

Dislikes

Deductions in salary on performance basis. Work pattern is tedious (Making introductory calls/ sending emails/ taking follow-ups of the potential companies throughout the globe). Compulsion in making overtimes. Achieving calling targets (Number of calls to be made per day). Salary is always delayed till the mid of the next month.

Nothing just non cooperative

Dislikes

Not at all cooperative. What just matters to them is working all time. The time slot given to us for working was 9:30 to 6 but they make it mandatory to work overtime till 9 otherwise salary is deducted which is much more of overburden for a employee. Even if you are unwell they expect you to come office and work.
