M marelli provided many facilities to employees but some facilitie is not good and only westage of money .

There is many partiality between on roll and off roll employees like; no health insurance & EPF perks for off roll employees, no work from home facility, only off roll employees need to attend office on Saturday or Month/Year end closing. 2. No work life balance particularly if you're in finance.

And company facility are good. And my colleagues come from various cultures background,and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here
