In this company, I would be tel about work, as a fresher I will be join to this company and I completed three years as a GIS Engineer. About work I wana be tel u it's good, because for fresher they dont have passion in work. Who where all work in Magnasoft they have lot of passion in future That one I agree. Than comes to my team mates , all are super , friendly nature etc... My managers also cool but in appraisal time they changed there mind. I suggest for vewers don't be take sudden decisions to join this Magnasoft.

...le who don't know anything about work. Language based discrimination he will do. Those who having knowledge will get less pay, those who knows how to take bucket they will get more salary. Lots of favorisom. Still management will believe that person only

Active response during pre joining period

They didn't pay for the work done, as told by them that " we don't let freelancers works without any payment even if they ask them to write something during their interview". During the contract period they will hang you that your work has flaws and need to be corrected after the review. However, they don't send any reviews or any such things instead they will not give you any payment in the end telling you that they didn't use your work. Overall, I won't recommend it to any freelancers depending on my experience. Others can try if it fits to them for sure.
