This is a fake company. Not giving salary on time to the employee. They are not the PF and making thousands of fake documents.

Dislikes

Company management. Jiten and Deepak they are very selfish and applying the own rules and demotivating to the employees. Not thinking the employee future. not providing any facility.

Magnamius is a company where tha Raja and praja behaviour is applied. You will have to gift your some part of your salary to the management for nothing. If you resigning the force you to retain they make you threatened and if you still leaving your job after serving your notice they hold your FnF. Some part of your salary on the name of performance bonus, your two months of salary gratuity etc. And also will not give you your releaving letter too.
