The career growth for a die maker is poor but u can get the excellent skill in thd field which they are provided, To become a die maker u must work in conventional machines for minimum 2 years , if u r out put is good they will recognize u very well, u will get the excellent knowledge in machining , but being die maker u didn't have to learn machining separately by wasting 2 years, u have to learn it while working in the tooling field, rest of this all is good.
