Working culture is a disaster. Management is weird. All 7 days you are expected to work during and after working hours.

Just some good pay. I got to learn a lot of skills during my work here but that was my hardwork. There is sooo much work pressure that your personal life, health, goals nothing matters. Poor

Dislikes

No defined work and timeline. Report to everyone no fixed management. Worked for 8 months without manager. People from the senior management abuse on calls and you can feel molested at times. Give all your 100% and they'll start expecting 1000% next time without appreciation. Working on sundays. Extremely complex backend management, everything runs on jugaad here still employees are to be blamed.

Salary offered by magic pin is satisfactory.

Departments are not synchronised properly it's lead to pear pressure. No balance in personal life and professional life always have to work more than the office hours. Always in a right now mood i.e. no advance planning at all employee has to execute task right away.

Magicpin higher authority is supportive and also for motivation they do provide bonus plus things

As it's a sales thing so it becomes hectic and achieving target or per day basis makes the job more stressfull

Salary was good, that's the only factor I can say which is good about the company

The working culture is worst, team management is not there, even the seniors are not supportive. A big no if you really want to keep up with your mental peace
