No team work..only old employees work there properly.. others just while away..program management is not necessary for this group...Engineering team themselve take care of everything.

Too much of negative and pessimistic people are working in Magickwoods and also lot of politics.. it’s overwhelming when we see nicest person(owner) to have such kind of staffs in his wonderful organization..

Basically they don't know how to treat a person and there is no need to use our knowledge and never considered and the manager who is handling team he must be talented but it's not there wrong person in high posting how they are selecting I didn't know.if right person occupies the right position company will get development.anyway thanks for everything.good company.
