Rules are inconsistent and often change based on the owner's mood. Salaries are not paid on time. New rules are frequently introduced to deduct salaries unexpectedly. While salaries are reduced to 50% during work-from-home periods, some employees still receive 100%. Employees receive no benefits. In this company, a half day is considered to be until 4-5 p.m., unlike the usual 2 p.m. standard in other companies. The owner often taunts employees publicly whenever the opportunity arises. Obtaining documents such as offer letters or appointment letters is very difficult in this company. A portion of employees' salaries is deducted as a "dip" or "bonus," which will only be refunded after 18 months. To recover this amount, you must work for an additional year, and the cycle continues.
