Organization has no plans how sustain good employees, no job security, just one letter, no compensation, no opportunity, no absorption just asked to leave in a month. No efforts made to get any kind of help to survive in this situation. I am jobless since last 3 months and no opportunities are left in the sector i am working for this unprecedented time. Suffering a lot to survive and manage family and daily expenses.

•They are asking to make impossible targets as possible. • Monthly target based job. Want to complete enrollments count per person should complete and collect 160 datas date is from 22nd to next month 22nd. • You will get personal growth through networking here but don't expect for professional growth like promotions. • Work pressure and target completion pressure from manager. • Before getting selected they used to say you have to support with mobilizers like 50% training and 50% mobilizing but reality is you have to do 90% mobilizing on your own and 10% of training. • As a trainer you have to mobilize and search for colleges or Institutes and try to collaborate with them for sessions. • Fixed travel and other allowance upto Rs. 1600 only no other pay for submitting bills. Which will not enough for your travel for mobilizing works. • This is not pure NGO culture this is corporate mixed work culture. • Strict 9 hours of work timing.
