...rson, For company policies i work last two years still not able to understand. But in last i can say that you can survive in this company if you satisfied with minimum salary like between 13 to 16 k only.

It is terrible to work with magicbricks. Seniors are not supportive at all. They are just taking their salary and removing people from the company who genuinely wants to work and HR and CEO doesn't take any interest in hearing from employee side. It is better to stay unemployed while deciding to go to magicbricks.

Company kicks many employess in 2nd month of lockdown in april and regullary company want salary into 20 times business .. never expect this from magicbricks times of india

...f the company is very poor because we are on the pay roll of team lease company. It does not think for the increment of the salary while we have worked here for more than one year.

Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.
