...ent.company policies are very poor,they do not promote and not give appraisals..also salary not good..vey low salary compare to other salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary not decent and career growth also slow,if you resign they will not accept your resign.they do not give week off on Sunday even also any day.you have to come full 30 days.

No appraisal if you are working on third party payrole like Teamlease Company culture -Politics in Contact centre and in every process No new learning after 3 months of your joining Don't expect anything from your Manager just manage by yourself, blame game is always there Product team will not provide any additional value only removals are there in product although listing base organisation so not much expectations.

Nothing much to say about likes except for salary structure to save taxes(not the salary paid) and you get to work with new technologies here.

Dislikes

No work life balance, not promoted much, not so high salary, micro management, policies which doesn't benefit employee much, toxic hierarchy, no work from home.

Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.
