1. Salary is like a grain of rice whereas amount of work is like an ocean specially in mailing segment. 2. There is no hike on the basis of product awareness. Only they have made KRA's that are impossible to achieve being in email segment. 3. QA was terrible, she keep chasing the one's who are not her puppets. 4. Despite having leaves in account, absent was marked in case of any emergency. They'll say you have to inform us prior, what's the point man, are we some astrologer that we know I'll be ill on that particular day or there will be some sudden emergency on the other. 5. Tools and CRMs provided are useless. You have to change 10-15 tabs to process a single case. 6. There is no liberage even if you're doing your work with immense punctuality and dedication. They'll give you more work to do and if you're not well some day they will start questioning you for productivity. 7. Some people think they are the kings of this place, being at agent profile they keep boasting about their reach to manager and about the KRA achievements which they are doing using unfair means. 8. No one focuses on the product development or improving the CRMs, only agents are blamed for everything. 9. Being in email segment you have to call on nearly half of the cases. 10. They'll ask you to extend without paying any extra amount. The list goes on..... Please don't join if you wanna save your mental health. Join only if there is immense need for job and there are no other options.

...rson, For company policies i work last two years still not able to understand. But in last i can say that you can survive in this company if you satisfied with minimum salary like between 13 to 16 k only.

It is terrible to work with magicbricks. Seniors are not supportive at all. They are just taking their salary and removing people from the company who genuinely wants to work and HR and CEO doesn't take any interest in hearing from employee side. It is better to stay unemployed while deciding to go to magicbricks.

...mployees satisfaction is good not any hard rules, fluctuate culture i like it. Nee to work on there management and also in salary package plus incentive criteria. Overall i love Magicbrick being a employee. Thanks and regards Piyush Tyagi.

In dislike first of all i have to think because dislikes is not that much but some are like:- 1. Lack of management 2. Salary criteria is too low 3. Incentive criteria is also too low 4. No more because I'm happy overall with this company. 5. Working day's monday to Saturday need 2 off.
