Nothing much to say about likes except for salary structure to save taxes(not the salary paid) and you get to work with new technologies here.

Dislikes

No work life balance, not promoted much, not so high salary, micro management, policies which doesn't benefit employee much, toxic hierarchy, no work from home.

Good Learning curve for 1-2 years only

Worst management Uneven Salary Politics by seniors and they took credit for others work. Sales oriented company not technology oriented. Managers of technology are not from technical background.

As a freshers, we have to work a lot, so get to learn many technologies. People are approachable.

Dislikes

...on in the company even knows the mistake made by smallest person in the company. Leave is never approved, People are going to festivals by taking Loss Without Pay. If performance is not gud then freshers of even 5 monthexperience are also terminated. so, job security is also zero. Casual leave also, they don't approve. When they are not willing to approve leave, why is leave policy even exist? Is that for nameshake?

It is terrible to work with magicbricks. Seniors are not supportive at all. They are just taking their salary and removing people from the company who genuinely wants to work and HR and CEO doesn't take any interest in hearing from employee side. It is better to stay unemployed while deciding to go to magicbricks.

Nothing is worth liking in magicbricks.It is terrible working there.

The company is good enough to start off your journey as a fresher they offer average salary 6 days working with rotational off, However generating lead pressure is far higher than what you actually can think of seems monotonous after working long period of time salary on time full politics culture no growths will remain the agent for a long time
