There is nothing to learn here. If you're looking out for corporate experience then this organization is not for you. Saturday and Sunday are weekly off but they will make you come on Saturday and make you work, HR also knows about it but they are completely fine. Highly not recommended.

Their is no work-life balance some time you have to work on Sunday also, their is no job security they only want sales doesn't matter if you're sick or you're in leave

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is okay but career growth is slow. They only save their old employee for fresher this is not a good company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not much to learn, working environment not up to the mark, very casual attitutude towards working environment , this is online company and they dont even bother about internet facility at office .they are not serious about training

Favoritism & Referral Bias: There is a clear bias towards existing employees. Since the company provides monetary incentives for employee referrals, current employees primarily refer their close ones rather than qualified candidates. This has resulted in a toxic work culture where deserving candidates are overlooked in favor of personal connections. 4. Questionable Leadership in the Legal Department: The Head Legal is on a contract but does not contribute effectively. Attendance is irregular, and even when present, personal work seems to take priority over company responsibilities . Additionally, the hiring of the Assistant Legal Manager raises serious concerns about favoritism and ethical standards. 5. Nepotism & Unethical Practices: The appointment of the Assistant Manager Legal appears to be a case of blatant nepotism. It might be possible that the Head Legal received financial benefits in exchange for recommending the candidate. This raises serious ethical concerns and questions the integrity of the hiring process. Such careless hiring has negatively impacted the efficiency and credibility of the legal department. FINAL VERDICT: This company prioritizes favoritism, internal politics, and personal gains over talent and merit. Freshers should be cautious before joining, as they are likely to be exploited with low pay and contractual roles. The legal department, in particular, suffers from poor leadership, unethical hiring, and inefficiency. A serious overhaul of the hiring process and leadership accountability is necessary for the company to improve its work culture.
