1. Extremely low salary. Salary below market standard 2. Poor appraisal and hr policies 3. Appraisals never happen on time 4. Low appraisals. If you are being promoted to next level then max appraisal will be 50k a year. Avg appraisals are like 3-4 percent. 5. No learning at all.

In hand salary is very low, and very bad appraisals. Also if we take it up to HR or the respective manager, they just say that this is not in their control.
