There are many points such as: 1. No stability in Job location and profile 2. Worst company culture with worst management and worst HR's 3. No employee stays here for more than one year 4. HR hiring employees only their colleagues and friends 5. You may wake up the next day with a new job profile and location 6. Higher Management uses Abusive language & company with the worst culture 7. If you are joining, ask previous employees about the culture rather than taking risk

Magenta Mobility a company to work with Electric vehicles and new modern technology. Our company provides chance to everybody to learn new technology. The best example is the our running electric vehicles.

Magenta Mobility is a company filled passion and desire and till now non of our workers dad felt bad or any Dislikness about the company and hope so in future.

Senior and Junior's are very Helpful and supportive.

Dislikes

The Management Team lacks a clear roadmap or plans for new products. They assigned departmental responsibilities to individuals without relevant experience, such as an IT professional managing both the R&D and Sales teams. As a result, the R&D department was shut down, leading to no sales and no revenue.

No Appraisal & promotion.Only promote own refrence people & fully toxic & poltics in this company & no one support to starting level & Hard working person ..
