The entire management is never true to their words, commitments, or discussions, resulting in job insecurity. Magenta creates a toxic work environment that may ultimately compel you to resign, but according to them, they never follow the hire and fire system.

I had worst experience with the company due to below 3 reasons : - 1. Incorrect communications before joining. 2. No job security. 3. Internal politics. 4. No proper training to new joiners. 5. Company takes any decision over a night which directly impacts the employees.

the company lacks professionalism entirely, and the management appears to adopt a questionable approach by targeting employees without valid reason and pressuring them to resign, arrogance characterized the prevailing atmosphere making it one of the worst companies to work for.

One thing I like and enjoy working in MEVS is you get a chance to take ownership and deliver as per your potential. Also, the management listen to your views and ideas which ultimately makes you feel valuable.
