There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow , No Job Security , No selery hike and Bonus every year , Don't have any sports activities and Fixed employee Transportation

HR management is very worst, there is no safety,it is helpul for only localites for bachelor's it is not a good place for work.

I have worked only 8 months in this company (Tumkur Plant), Initially they are give so much of buildup while joining after that, they are assigned the tasks/Jobs in the operator level for even graduated students, Be aware while joining this company otherwise your into the trap/Scam, they doing casteism, partiality in the workplace, they dont follow MNC workculture, simply they put a name as magellan, Growth and skill development is very difficult in this company, ITI Completed people are supervisior in this company, So many fresher/Students faced this problems but no one can rise the complients/Questions, especially this case is happened for fresher, who are all joined company after completing B. E/Graduation. All the recruitment is based on the strong references only, Please carefull before joining this company for freshers, it's my sincere request. I have already faced this problems and difficulties, afterthat I left this company, HR's and management don't give any support to the freshers. This company is not fully overtaken by the magellan, some percentage of share is their before it's is known as a (Triveni aeronautics Pvt Ltd.,,), They simply taken the brand of Magellan advantage and Slavery work culture in the workplace, don't join this company by simply looking it brand name.

Company is biased towards employees and lot of politics inside the organisation. Terrible experience while exiting the job.
