Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is good environment in MIT company and also all senior employees are helping to junior employees to learn and complete the given tasks. There is good teams to discuss about the projects getting different ideas to present to the clients .And there is a good sports environment to show our sports skills that’s the good thing I most like in MIT Company.

There is no job secure because of No projects in the company.
