Senior were good and cooperative.

...d humiliated me in front of whole group. Didn't appreciate the work done at all. There was delay in salary clearence. Also I was never got any appointment letter neither any Employment Number was generated. And 7 days salary is still pending. I asked him for laptop but the laptop was already damaged. I asked for experience letter and salary slip but he asked to return the laptop. I don't trust him at all so I didn't respond and decided not return the laptop till I receive experience letter and salary slip.

I get treated well and with respect and get my salary on time. I also get to work on new technologies and platforms with ample guidance from my seniors

None I can think of - we are presently working from home, so it is flexible and good

... You have to always work in pressure. You can't say hi hello to your colleagues. You can't get your Last month of Salary and working experience when you leave the company.

There is a lot of clarity in work that needs to be done. Our team is full of developers from diverse backgrounds, so there is a lot of learning. The projects done here are good, they are not the regular website development or Wordpress development project - they are mainly software projects so it is a very good place for engineers and software developers.

We can have flexible work timings - however since everything is work from home now - this grouse has also been taken care of now.

Today I have completed 5 years at Mag and must say it has been such a pleasure to be part of such wonderful organization and learn from the leaders that are highly knowledgeable and amazing at what they do.

Cant't think of any as of now as Mag has really taken care of me in all respect
