Compensation is not competitive. There is no transparency in IJP process. Candidate get reject without conducting the interview. There are some leaders they don't have any process knowledge and they don't even know the ground reality and they are pressuring the employees just to meet DSO number.

Maersk pay and compensation is transparent and fair. Also there is no hidden deduction whatever they mention on the offer letter we received the same in our pay. Company provided lots of non monetary benefits to it's employees. It's really good organization if able to sustain one can retire from here.

Dislikes

Job security is the only concern in this organization otherwise it is very good company to work.

Likes

Overall it is good experience if you are not ambitious about your career and pay. Job here is quite secure and you will have good learning and work life balance.

Low salary package and less opportunities to grow in your career

Likes

Work life balance is really good, as the company has global existence and a very good brand name, it goes well with the global culture.

Dislikes

It may improve further with respect to the packages, there is a little imbalance in package. The packages are a little below the industry standard for some roles while it is higher for some.
