MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.

Maersk gsc captive BPO. It always welcome PPL with extra skills and who are ambitious in their career. It has broken the myths like PPL who are well versed in communication can grow up the ladder. It not so with very good process skills and average and below average communication can take you until a lead level. However these things depends on your reporting manager and management as well

Dislikes

The compensation and hikes and promotions are very poor for the long tenured resources. And there is no concept of vacation leaves and other government holidays for users and it's exceptional only for leads and managers.

They give good compensation and very good bonus, they usually give more than 100% bonus.

Dislikes

The security is very especially for Data Engineers , currently they are doing firings and trying to reduce head count of 15% or in the ratio of 40 Data Engineers for Every 60 AIML Engineers. very tough time for Data Engineers in Maersk.

At times you end up working of multiple tasks at the same time and consider all as priority put pressure to stretch yourself. Rest all is good.

Good experience with Maersk in terms of growth, work life balance, salary, employees care during covid. Yes up and down in every where like I am doing night shift, I don't like.
