Compensation is good.

Dislikes

There is so minor scope for career growth or salary appraisal even you work hard. To much Politics happening there and it spoil working environment. HR Process is so slow and they even don't care about your after resign process.

Likes

...get to work with amazing colleagues and have access to an amazing dev community. The compensation is good but not amazing. But still a place to stay long term.

Dislikes

The compensation is a good but not great. HR policies are not that great. But they are constantly improving and its getting a lot better like notice period was reduced from 3 to 2 months.

You simply cannot ask for more from any company during this time, there has been no single day pay cut and they are supporting a complete Work From Home by providing either a complete movement of you office desk or getting a laptop assigned along with docking for monitor (that too company provided). Apart from this Dongle are given to users who need them and cherry on top is providing invertors where there is frequent power cuts. Its truely an great experience working with Maersk. WE VALUE PEOPLE !!

I like the best thing about this company is that they provide free cabs and food coupon for every employees for all the shifts. Also there is job security.

Dislikes

Well, do not have growth and compensation. Work life balance is pathetic in here, specifically in TCM Process.

The working is very staggered and the organisation structure keeps on changing. With change in organisation structure there is a requirement of lay offs and you are always on the edge. Team building activities are alien concept and the average age in the organisation is very high so not very happening.

Dislikes

The salary offered to me was changed just 10 days before joining with take it or leave it offer. Basically leaving me to face unemployment or accept the lowered offer.
