Maersk has an excellent work culture, with lot of benefits to the people of Maersk. They do provide food, fruits, commute option, etc.

Dislikes

Maersk is not the best pay masters! Maersk Indian operations are more driven by the local Managing Director, which can result into biasness and other issues. Recently Maersk at a global level had gone into a transformation (3.0) which was not dealt at its best, many roles were changed and people were not aware about their KPIs even after shifting to the new roles. Maersk is an ocean in itself, which means many teams, but not as many owners of work!

Likes

Amazing work culture, values employees and their grievances are resolved with urgency. Open environment for leaming, discussions, growing and progressing.

Dislikes

Compensation may be a bit less than how the market is, that is the only downside.

Likes

The company has a good brand value and also lives upto it. I am glad to be associated with a top shipping line. Maersk associates itself with cultures and it is strictly followed in the company that includes integrity and honesty and other modest values.

Dislikes

...ransparency to walk to the top management to always clear out such difficulties. Leaving aside bad colleagues and salary structure, this may be a really good place to work in.

MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.
