1. Teammates are good. 2. Sodexo card is given for our daily use 3. Casuals are allowed. 4. Mobile phones are allowed on the floor.

Dislikes

1. There is no job security. 2. Salary is very low. 3. No growth / very little opportunities. 4. Appraisals are extremely dissatisfied. 5. No appreciation received even if we put our 200% in our work. Overtime is a mandatory requirement due to excess workload and even after doing the over time we get a reply from our senior manager Mr. Sanjeev Kohli saying "We can't appreciate people those who do the overtime and come up on stacks". Note: Join DHL or Sterling. I have worked these companies and I say these are the best companies to work with. Maersk is also good in terms of environment but the management level is extremely dissatisfying

The working is very staggered and the organisation structure keeps on changing. With change in organisation structure there is a requirement of lay offs and you are always on the edge. Team building activities are alien concept and the average age in the organisation is very high so not very happening.

Dislikes

The salary offered to me was changed just 10 days before joining with take it or leave it offer. Basically leaving me to face unemployment or accept the lowered offer.

Salary Pay perks only for outsiders that also for one time only salary hike very very slow or very less

MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.

No job security they can fire anyone eventhough they do work very well. No proper process within a team all tasks comes at a time and you will overloaded No work life balance No appreciation and certificates or motivation for good work Their is no login and logout time as multiple teams are spreaded across different place in world so due to time zone you have to stretch
