Job security was good but compensation part is not good.its my personal opinion.appraisal criteria was also good.i have develope skills and knowledge in this organisation.

No fun at work.. And rewards and recognition are very rare.... Ur personal life will turn out to be a big zero while working for this company.

Treatment of employees is very poor, can't able to take Leave for emergency purpose also. No increments even after one year.

This is not a right place to develop our career. Can't able to balance work and personal life. Especially some SLT's.
