It's environment , transparent policies, Leaders.adapting new technology which will help in getting good shopping experience to guest.

Growth seems to slow , I work for 5yrs 9month.even salary was not as per expected in these year, got a good opportunity from other brand. Which make to move.

Job security was good but compensation part is not good.its my personal opinion.appraisal criteria was also good.i have develope skills and knowledge in this organisation.

F&F criteria not good.during illness or health issue are doing any support.

Treatment of employees is very poor, can't able to take Leave for emergency purpose also. No increments even after one year.

This is not a right place to develop our career. Can't able to balance work and personal life. Especially some SLT's.
