MadrasMandi is an awesome firm to work for. The work culture is fabulous and people are valued beyond just work. All kinds of ideas and inputs are welcomed here. I personally am very happy to be a part of MadrasMandi.

Dislikes

There's a little bit struggle if you are still learning your skill and you do not have a senior in your department to help and guide you. But in the long run, even this really does well for you.

Likes

The work culture is really good. People are very friendly and welcoming. You get to take up ownership to bring unique ideas to the table and with work. There is no "command culture" hierarchy. You're always heard as an employee and they cater to your work-life balance. Plus, you get to learn a lot when there's a stress free environment.

To be honest, none that I can think as of yet.

varsatility of being able to do a variety of task . Being able to work directly with people. Having a forward thinking , supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.

It's a start up company but the amount of exposure you get in this office is great. This company encourages its employees to bring in fresh ideas to the table. One of the first corporate office where toxicity is at bay!
