Seriously I've nothing liked here expect the bonding between the coworker's. All are genuine character and good soul. Sorry for the disappointment.

...ntive or team lunch. We've to work, work, work but we wont get anything else. 6. Not getting proper salary and increment and bonus. we are working more than what we are paid from the company. Not only me, everyone here working is having more than 2 role so all working sincerely and very hard working persons but we wont get any proper and satisfied salary. 7. Fans and Lights shortages in company. In production area each and every persons working with minimum number of fans and lights. During summer season its too hot and sweating for all, even office room also doesn't have proper number of fans so its very uncomfortable to work. 8. Safety regulations and guidelines are not maintaining properly. Safety is main role for every organization but here safety in minimal level so please do the needful for safety related issues. Here not having proper FIRSTAID kit for any emergency. So these all the main and major problems and issues here in my point of view. I request you to deep look upon this and take corrective actions to rectify all the problems and issues. If anything hurts you means really Sorry Sir.

Salary will credited on or before every month of date 07. We're working like a family so the friendship bond is good.

Dislikes

Restroom facility should be improved. No canteen available. Overtime is allocated at-least minimum of 03 hours so it should be changed. No proper space for material storage. Office room must be improvised.

Team coordination is good, safety rules is ok, people's are all innovative mind.

Dislikes

Internal management way of thinking is very poor, so much of lay off ( without salary) planning depends upon monthly turnover. It is very harmful for workers

TQM principles can be adopted. Performance management , appraisal and salary packages and promotions and other benefits to be benchmarks with other Tier 1 MNC companies. Company infrastructure and resources are not sufficient and to be improved upon w.r.to the new business and growth rate .

Traditional mfg approach as well as old machines which is not all give productivity and quality and management politics directly fails on our ability. Don't expect even sustain in this company forbwork
