Seriously I've nothing liked here expect the bonding between the coworker's. All are genuine character and good soul. Sorry for the disappointment.

Dislikes

1. Restroom facility in worst condition. Just for the name shake restroom are there but no hygiene and no proper maintenance. Proper door not available if door available means the door latch not there. There is no lights inside the restroom, just only one common light is available. 2. Uniform facility is not fully maintained. Company providing only shirt but pant they wont provide. uniforms are provided for to keep all staffs are same but here shirts are wearing in same color but pant color differs for each and everyone. 3. Canteen facility is not in good condition. While in lunch time not a proper seating for everyone. Somebody sitting on table and somebody sitting on the floor (soil). No fan available in canteen area so its not comfortable during summer season. During rainy season the rain water coming inside the canteen so that's also major problem. Need some extra pipeline for handwashing and lunch box cleaning 4. Overtime issue is major problem. All the staff entering the company on or before 09.05 am but no one can leave the company on 05.30 pm. We're almost working more than 09 or 10hrs per day. The overtime calculated if we working 03hrs or more than 03hrs. Why not for 01hr and 02hrs. But the same case for other MRP plants staff are getting paid for 01hr and 02hr overtime. 5. Appreciation and Incentive related problem. Were achieving the TAFE requirements on time with their full satisfaction. If we achieving the target for a particular month, we wont receive any appreciation or reward or incentive or team lunch. We've to work, work, work but we wont get anything else. 6. Not getting proper salary and increment and bonus. we are working more than what we are paid from the company. Not only me, everyone here working is having more than 2 role so all working sincerely and very hard working persons but we wont get any proper and satisfied salary. 7. Fans and Lights shortages in company. In production area each and every persons working with minimum number of fans and lights. During summer season its too hot and sweating for all, even office room also doesn't have proper number of fans so its very uncomfortable to work. 8. Safety regulations and guidelines are not maintaining properly. Safety is main role for every organization but here safety in minimal level so please do the needful for safety related issues. Here not having proper FIRSTAID kit for any emergency. So these all the main and major problems and issues here in my point of view.
