Hectic ...if u are starting out as a fresher .I highly recommend you to do an 1 month internship in the office which you are willing to join . Because the work culture and office politics are gonna have serious take on your mental health. Make sure you can adapt to it .
i love my work as Junior Advocate, Madras High Court is the one of the Excellent place to many more things in our day to day life. As it would help making contacts with thousands of people and gaining more knowledge as far the density of the day to day understanding would be increased in our life in all the feilds of civil, criminal and original side regarding all the side. But, unfortunately no source of fund i am suffering in this situation without source. As i am experienced with 3yrs and 5months i am eligilble for the junior relaxation fee too.
As far how much we learn and gain knowledge there is no posibility of income from the seniors. we are suffering more lot without availabilty of source.
Judges may be pleased to 1)simplify the filing process either by physical filing or by email, e-filing. Many of lawyers struggled to take Xerox, filing pad,welfare stamps, getting signature from parties in affidavit and vakalat, etc.
2)passing officers return the papers even a full stop, comma was not put in petition. They make delay to scrutinise the papers and not communicate properly through email and phone also.
