Nothing to like. This company is a disaster. People who want to even attend interview here, please don't go if you want to save your life.

No proper policy. First of all this not a proper company at all. Only 3 persons are managing this office. The CFO, then his friend HR and one more senior manager with no brain. They will hire if they want and send an employee whenever they want giving some false reasons. If we do not adore them they will have vengeance on us and get rid of us from the company. They will give hike and promotion to whoever they want. Actually the night shift is full of a gang that are friends. So they will do everything among themselves. Beware of Madras Accountancy. When you try for job outside they won't even know this company. Dont go there at any cost.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
