... the management is not at all supportive and owner doesn't care about employees. Actually what I didn't like is if you make some mistakes then managers use to give punishment in the form of salary cut for 4 days / 6 days, oh my God if waiter or captain break a glass or a plate then salary cut..... not for a perticular day but 4 or 6 days. Very poor working environment no training and growth .

...urant . Because whole day me and my colleagues were trying to save our salaries. Because manager can cut the salary for silly reasons and he will answer that he has instructed from owner

Management is very good about everything’ Mado food and presentation is very fabulous. Our Mado Makkah team is very good We are always working or living in accommodating like family.

Dislikes

Just one thing I don't like our owner said supervisor and manager position we not hired from Asia country That's why I was worked as senior captain 5 years.
