Good environment and culture. Company policies are good. Madina group give good salary and provide good food

Dislikes

Minimum year by year basic salary is increase is required. Any emergency time correctly not provide travel tickets

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team, Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-haire policy. I love it.

Getting salary is correct as per time sheet but not on time every month salary delay 15 days.

Dislikes

Site co-ordinator is very poor they are not understanding our problem. They unnecessary creat issue mostly rajesh menon site co-ordinator is not listen our issue or problem.
