I have learned to apply the things what i have learned in my education period. teammates are very cooperative in nature. we did innovation in the field of technology for the department.work environment was good and work life balance was little hectic.

No job security i.e. it was contractual basis job, career growth was negligible, salary was fixed and appraisals were not given to well performed employees. work life balance was hactic etc.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
