Work life balance is amazing and company’s top management gives priority to have a good personal life as well as professional one as there’s freedom to work from home and no fast n hard rules about availing vacation leaves, unless work is not hampered and everything is going in good pace.

... it has its own limitations that there is not much career growth after sometime. The company should think about matching salary with its peer companies to enhance overall financial development of its employees.

The team selection is good but the management treats employees poorly as daily wage earners

Dislikes

The directors never stick to their words. rules are different for all employees. and the directors think its their birth right to shout at and humiliate the employees. They treat them as punching bags and rules are made out of thin air just to suit the director's needs
