Madhus has good product but poor service support more likely they sale fake dreams to employees

Poor management no promotion fake salary increments words from management, taking employees incentive as part pf debit to them

Administration is very bad, they are always detect money from employees salary, HR don't know the HR policy, one man administration, most worst company, always in there mind how to deduct the money from employees, they deducted Rs45000 from me without any cause at the time of full and final settlement. And HR not picking phone call.

1) As a service engineer We can learn new things everyday. 2) As a service engineer everyday Facing new challenges which give us satisfaction.

Dislikes

1) There is no specific time like 9 Hours., sometimes we have do 12-13 hours work in a day. 2) Not get time for family and for ourselves.

Training is world class in Bangalore office. But only the one is good in this job who have a bike and willing to travel all day from place to place. Company policies are not employee favourable. Employee have to compromise with their salary part

I do have working in Madhus garage Equipments from past 3 years ..it was nice with working, the only thing is if willing to travel more n more then a nice plateform to work.

Dislikes

Traveling was the most hectic thing apart from that they won’t have the work slab for different post of engineers . Either u r experience or u r manager ur work is same.
