Dislikes

No job security and growth is slow. I have to work 11-14 hours in a day. As I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an unique strengths. Also there are no on-job training for freshers

a perfect learning place to freshers. you will coordinate with all departments while working. management is strict and teach you a perfect work culture that helps a lot when you move to other companies.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
