Dislikes

They won't pay salary on time I you have enough savings then go and join the company.. They pay you the salaries once in 3 months If you have commitments like EMI and kids school fee, house rents.. You just forget everything

HR and Accountant unprofessional vehiab with new employee. And not supporting stap

Payment/Salary didn't timely provided new employee. Accountant always unprofessional vehiab, Sunday ko office me work hota hai to uska payment nahi milta hai. Kisi bhi policy ka benifits nahi milta hai. Yadi aap ne company ke work me kisi prakar ka expense Kiya hai to jaldi Paisa wApas nahi karte hai.

They should not give people's salary in six or more then one year and also violate of remaining laws. They treat employees like slave

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment and saport from management team, all staff's are supportive,

Dislikes

There is not a bigger politics like another organization, salary timing issues is there but management is ready to full file the requirements in time frame.
