1) It doesn't have an organization Tree where leaders are at the top. It has a molecule-like org structure where leaders are at the center and all employees are directly connected with each other forming a collaborative adhesive team. 2) It gives me an opportunity to work for multiple projects of diverse nature, yet it doesn't have an agency-like culture. 3) The level of empowerment, creative autonomy and instant recognition as well as learning feedback that I get, give me a lot of work satisfaction every single day. 4) Highly educated leaders who know how to treat people well with respect and empathy. 5) Decision making is fast and transparent. 6) Even freelancers and contracted staff are given the same facilities and employee benefits as regular employees.

Dislikes

They say it's a hybrid work, but actually there's very little going to office. Mostly it is work from home which becomes monotonous at times. Even client meetings and reviews happen on virtual meet.
