Too much internal politics. HR department is the worst. Regional admin has no clue regarding administration. I personally witnessed 7 admins quit during my tenure. Frequent change in team(clinic staff) members.

Freedom for work, u can take ur decision, very good support from seniors, very well known brand in ayurved, treatments are the best, result oriented treatments, patients are very satisfied, for employees .......it's like a one family. U can share your views.......in one sentence.......Best company to work with.......its Awesome.....I m lucky .....I m with Madhavbaug.......

Had a very bad experience with this Madhavbaugh, he was fired from the job with immediate effect without any reason and without any period notice, no even the worst company does this, they terminated the job of the business developer by saying to bad this
