... stable job, Do not leave to join this unprofessional company. Zero job safety. They can't afford salary. Company is running in major loss. And Management is busy filling their own pockets.

Too much internal politics. HR department is the worst. Regional admin has no clue regarding administration. I personally witnessed 7 admins quit during my tenure. Frequent change in team(clinic staff) members.

Freedom for work, u can take ur decision, very good support from seniors, very well known brand in ayurved, treatments are the best, result oriented treatments, patients are very satisfied, for employees .......it's like a one family. U can share your views.......in one sentence.......Best company to work with.......its Awesome.....I m lucky .....I m with Madhavbaug.......
